Roi Des Neiges Merch

Roi des Neiges is a newly established recurring winter event created by Jacks, set across the Three Valleys in the French Alps. The event is a snow-based competition combining adrenaline, checkpoint challenges, and playful tasks completed over a single day each winter season. Introduced in 2024, the project involved developing the full brand identity from the ground up, including branding, marketing materials, and merchandise design.
The challenge

As a new event, there was no established visual language or recognition to build on. The challenge was to create a strong, instantly recognisable identity that could sit confidently within the wider Jacks universe while still feeling distinct in its own right.

Alongside this, the merchandise needed to avoid feeling like generic event merch and instead become a meaningful extension of the experience, with strong commercial appeal and longevity across future seasons.
The solution
The approach focused on building a more unified and elevated visual identity that could carry across multiple applications while still feeling tied to the energy of the event. Designs were refined to be more commercially viable and visually impactful, with greater attention paid to clarity, recognisability, and seasonal relevance. Alongside this, higher-quality garments were selected to improve fit, feel, and perceived value, ensuring the product sat comfortably within a more premium retail space and had stronger sell-through potential throughout the winter season.
