I had a brief to design a Christmas menu for a well-established pub brand operating across the UK, offering a casual, family-friendly food and drink experience. With a large and diverse customer base, the menus needed to communicate a wide range of dishes clearly and efficiently, while supporting fast decision-making in a busy hospitality environment.
